Personal training sessions under the guidance of experienced trainers focus effectively on your goals, as they are made to measure with a view to your state of health and the set plan. Apart from standard machines in the gym, personal trainers in particular use balancing aids, fitness aids and TRX suspension systems. You will also find a Power Plate vibration platform in the part of the fitness centre intended only for personal training sessions.
