Yoga is a type of exercise with slow, calm movement, holding Asanas and paying constant attention. It is very important to concentrate on your body and breathing, to perceive the effects of individual positions, to relax and to breathe calmly and fluently.

Power yoga is a type of exercise during which you will exercise the whole body, concentrate your thoughts, firm your muscles and in the end stretch and relax. Exercise is again based on deep and regular breathing, which warms up the body, leading to body forming and reduction of subcutaneous fat.

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga. This involves performing a sequence of fluent postures which are performed in a specific order. Individual postures are linked to breathing – you become aware of your own body and mind.
